Stuffed crust cottage cheese/paneer Pizza


For the Pizza Base
For the base:

Sieve flour, make a bay at the centre and add all the ingredients in the above table, make soft and elastic dough.
keep the dough covered with a wet cloth for 45 min or till it doubles in size
Roll into single round of 1/8 th inch thickness


For the Sauce

tomatoes-pureed, Onions, finely chopped garlic, olive oil/cooking oil, herbs like rosemary/Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.powdered herbs available in super markets like food world/More/Reliance etc
Heat oil, Saute Chopped garlic and onions till the raw smell disappears, add herbs, tomato puree and cook for 10-15 min until the mixture thickens to sauce consistency. This can be prepared beforehand and stored

For the Pizza Topping
Some Tomatoes, Capsicum, Onion, Mushroom, Mozarella Cheese. Paneer chunks for stuffing in the edges

Mushrooms

This is the tricky part. pull out the edges keep the paneer pieces and cover like shown in the picture
On the pizza base spread sauce and the sliced vegetable filling on top, lastly grate the cheese. 

Bake for 10 min. Piping hot pizza's ready to eat
